At Cruise Book NGo we know plans change hurricanes happen, kids get sick, and sometimes your boss doesn’t approve your PTO. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through our platform.

🔁 1. General Cancellation Terms

Cruise Book NGo acts as a booking intermediary. All cruises, packages, and yacht rentals are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective cruise lines or charter companies.

We strongly advise reviewing the specific cancellation rules listed on each product page before finalizing your booking.

📅 2. Timeline-Based Refunds

Most cruise partners follow a tiered system. Example (may vary):

  • 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus service fee
  • 60–89 days: 75% refund
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: Non-refundable

Note: These timelines are only illustrative. Actual terms depend on the provider.

💵 3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some flash sales, promotional offers, or deeply discounted packages may be non-refundable. These will be clearly labeled during checkout. No exceptions.

🛳️ 4. Cruise Line Cancellations

If your cruise is canceled by the cruise line (due to weather, mechanical issues, pandemics, etc.), you may be entitled to:

  • A full refund
  • A rebooking credit
  • Onboard credit as compensation

Cruise Book NGo will assist in coordinating this with the provider.

⛵ 5. Yacht Rental Cancellations

Yacht charters have separate terms, often stricter. Common policies include:

  • 50% refund if canceled 30+ days in advance
  • No refund within 30 days of departure
  • Weather-related cancellations may offer a reschedule option, not a refund

🧾 6. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your booking ID and reason
  2. We’ll confirm the cancellation policy that applies to your booking
  3. Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7–14 business days

🧯 7. Travel Insurance Reminder

We highly recommend adding travel insurance at checkout. It may cover:

  • Cancellations due to medical emergencies
  • Missed departures
  • Lost baggage or trip interruption
  • Illness, injury, or family emergencies

We partner with select providers just ask us before you sail.

📌 8. Force Majeure

CruiseBookNGo is not responsible for refunds due to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or events beyond our control. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the cruise operator’s terms in these cases.
